Welcome to new students for fall 2025

New and returning students are joining the IDEEAS Lab for fall 2025.

If you are a student interested in working with Dr. Katz and the lab, here is how to start:

• Look through the lab’s research areas and recent publications to see where your interests fit.
• Write a short note about your background, your skills, and what you hope to work on.
• Email Dr. Katz with your CV or resume and two or three sentences about your research interests.
• If you can, include links to projects, code, or writing samples.

Students from all backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome to reach out. If you have questions about fit or scope, a brief message before a full application is fine.
